We are here to share that our dedicated and talented Mrs. Sanyogita Prajapati has embraced a treasure trove of innovative training methods in Women’s Leadership Forum by Fair trade forum-India held at Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Okhla, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. This program is dedicated to support women artisan leaders, understand grassroot leadership, and to celebrate models and stories of women artisan changemakers.
Sanyogita is well equipped to spread her newfound knowledge and experience with our artisans at MWS in Mijwan and Samriddhi in Ambedkar Nagar. Check out some of the activities she learned:
📈 Creating a “River Flow Chart” of one’s journey
🗣️ Group information sharing (written and verbal)
🎭 Role-playing to analyze work approaches
These interactions have transformed traditional methods! In Sanyogita’s words: “Khel khel mein sikhaya sabse jyada yaad rahta hai, Aur problem janane se jyada problem ke kaaran ko samjhana chahiye.” (Learning through play is most memorable, understanding the cause of a problem is more important than just knowing it exists).
Her immense learning is shaping a new path to empower our women artisans, making them more aware and confident. Stay tuned for more updates!
